Made from A2 Desi cow milk fat, our ghee is prepared using the Bilona method, bi-directionally churned and slow-heated to develop its naturally rich aroma, smooth texture and comforting taste.

Gir cows are a pedigreed indigenous Indian breed that produces only A2 beta-casein milk by their genetic nature. Unlike mixed herds that require per-cow DNA testing, a pure Gir cow herd does not produce A1 milk. Our sourcing is exclusively from Gir cow farms in Gujarat, not from crossbreed herds.
