Cloves is an aromatic warm spice with an intense flavor and aroma found in savory dishes, desserts, and drinks. Ground cloves are often used in spice mixes, while whole cloves add flavor and depth to various dishes. It is also added to mouthwashes, creams, gels, and oils.

We are sourcing the spices from the land of 100% Authentic and Pure Spices Kerala (Idduki). Love of India's Cloves are dried in the sun, spread on clean mats. Then clove is raked and turned frequently to ensure they develop an even golden brown colour. The colour of buds changes from pale russet to a golden and darker brown as the clove dries. The drying process takes about four to five days.

There are many health benefits of eating cloves, including the fact that they contain important nutrients, are high in antioxidants, can kill bacteria, and may improve liver health. Additionally, cloves may help regulate blood sugar, promote bone health, and reduce stomach issues.
