There is no standardised laboratory test in the world for "Shilajit concentration in a honey matrix."

Not in India.
Not in Germany.
Not anywhere globally.

If any Shilajit Honey brand claims to have had their combined product tested for shilajit content ask them to show you the testing methodology.

A standardised combined test for this product category does not exist. This is not a limitation specific to us. This is an industry-wide reality that almost no brand talks about openly.

What we do instead is to test each ingredient independently, at full purity, before blending. Two separate tests. Two separate accredited labs. For two separate ingredients. You end up with more verifiable information than any single combined test could provide. And you know exactly what's in each component.

We are telling you this because we believe you deserve to know how this works. Transparency is not a risk for us. It is how we earn trust.

Himalayan Shilajit Honey does not taste like regular honey. The shilajit adds an earthiness mineral, slightly bitter, distinctly grounded. It is not unpleasant. It is distinctive. It tastes like something real is in it, because something real is in it.

Most of our customers tell us they need 3–5 days to adjust to the flavour.

By day 7, the majority say they prefer it to regular honey.

The words we hear most: "honey with depth," "honey that feels complete." The colour is darker than regular honey the shilajit deepens the amber to a richer, more reddish-brown tone. The texture is slightly denser. Both are expected and correct.

If you have only ever had commercial filtered honey, this will be a new experience. We think it will be a worthwhile one.

When our product was reviewed during FSSAI compliance process, we were asked how we substantiate shilajit content in the honey.

Our answer was the same as it is here: No combined test methodology exists. We test each ingredient at source. We followed a methodology for their Shilajit Honey: separate tests for each ingredient, not a combined product test.

This is the responsible industry approach. We are being explicit about this because most brands in this category either make vague claims or say nothing at all. We would rather explain our methodology completely than leave you guessing.

This product took us 18 months to get right.

The challenge:

Shilajit resin has a distinct mineral character. Honey has a distinct sweetness and acidity. Getting them to blend in a way that is stable, that preserves the quality of both ingredients, and that creates a palatable product required iteration.

The ratio we arrived at is specific. The blending process is done under controlled conditions to ensure even distribution without applying heat that would damage the honey component.

We tested the final formulation ourselves before it was available for sale. If we wouldn't use it daily, we wouldn't sell it.
