Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every Love of India product. Since our range includes consumable and perishable items, our policy is designed to ensure quality and hygiene for every customer.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing immediately to ensure quick dispatch.

Returns
We do not accept returns on any of our products.

Refunds
Refunds are only considered in cases of damage or quality issues with the product received.

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must record a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package, without any cuts or pauses.
• The video must clearly show the damage or quality concern.
• Share the video along with your order details at info.loveofindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Important: Refund requests raised after 24 hours, or without a valid unboxing video, will not be entertained, as the video is the only way we can verify the issue on our end.

Each request is reviewed individually, and our team will get back to you with a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
