Walk into any supermarket. Pick up a honey jar. Read the label: “100% pure honey.”

But purity is not just a claim on a sticker.
It is something a brand should be willing to stand behind.

Ask yourself:

• How much do you really know about what is inside the jar?
• Is the honey handled with care?
• Is it tested for quality and authenticity?
• Is the brand transparent about its process?

For many brands, those answers are unclear.

We believe trust should come from transparency, not just words on packaging.
That is why we focus on careful sourcing, quality testing, and honest standards in every batch.

Our Forest Honey comes from wild bee colonies that forage across multiflora forest environments not commercial apiaries.

Not monoculture crop-pollinating colonies. Free-ranging bees, seasonal foraging, multiple flower sources across forest terrain.

The result is honey that varies by season in colour, in viscosity, in flavour. Post-monsoon harvest is darker and more mineral-rich. Summer harvest is lighter and more floral. Real honey should vary.

Consistency is a sign of standardisation.

Variation is a sign of nature.

From the Bees: Wild bees collect flower nectar from multiflora forest sources, store it in honeycomb, and convert it through enzymatic action and natural evaporation into honey. The composition, colour, and flavour reflect the specific flora and season of harvest.

From the Hive: Beekeepers harvest using traditional methods scraping wax caps, using centrifuge extraction. No heat applied. No pasteurisation. The natural enzyme profile, pollen content, and biological activity are preserved exactly as the bees made it.

To Your Home: Coarsely strained to remove wax and large debris. Bottled in glass. No additives. No preservatives. No added colour. No added flavour. No added sugar. No heating beyond ambient temperature. What you open is exactly what the bees made.

Natural Forest Honey is a great replacement for Sugar as a natural sweetener in tea, coffee, breakfast cereals, etc.

Natural Forest Honey has many benefits that include weight management, better digestion, more energy, smooth and glowing skin, and alleviating cold and cough symptoms.

Natural Forest Honey can help to boost your body's natural defense system, which is important for maintaining optimum health. Honey can also help to soothe coughs and throat infections.

As a daily practice: 1 teaspoon in warm water (below 40°C) each morning.

In your kitchen: Replace refined sugar in tea, coffee, lassi, and cooking. The flavour depth of forest honey changes how your recipes taste.

Direct: A spoon eaten directly. The complexity of multiflora forest honey is most apparent when tasted plain.

On your skin: Raw honey has been used in traditional Indian skincare for centuries. Applied to the face as a mask for 10–15 minutes, then rinsed with lukewarm water.

Important: Do not heat above 40°C. High heat degrades the natural enzymes that distinguish raw honey from processed honey.

Not suitable for children under 12 months (standard precaution for all honey globally due to naturally occurring Clostridium botulinum spores).

Your Forest Honey may crystallise. This is normal. This is actually good.
Raw, unprocessed honey crystallises naturally because of its natural glucose content.
Commercial honey doesn't crystallise because it has been over-filtered, heated, and processed specifically to prevent this. That processing is also what removes the natural enzymes and much of what makes honey valuable.

If your honey has crystallised:
• It has not gone bad
• It has not been adulterated
• It is completely safe to eat as-is (crystals have a pleasant texture)
• It is evidence it hasn't been over-processed

To return it to liquid: Place the sealed jar in warm water (40–45°C maximum, never boiling, never microwave). The crystals dissolve in 15–20 minutes. The honey
is unchanged in every way. If the colour or taste varies from your last order: This is also expected. Forest
honey from the same source will vary between seasons. This is not inconsistency, it is the natural character of unprocessed, single-origin honey.

We are selling food products and those are not returnable unless it is damaged or leaked. We can replace only in those conditions and we would need a proper video to assess and within 48 hours our team will get back to you with the necessary action.

Frequently asked question

No. Heavy crystallisation is a sign of high glucose content a characteristic of pure, unprocessed honey. Follow the warm water method described above to reliquefy. It has not spoiled. It has not been contaminated. Crystallisation is a quality marker, not a defect.

Our Forest Honey varies naturally between seasonal harvests. This is correct and expected. It is not a production inconsistency, it is what genuine single-origin forest honey does. Both batches are equally tested and equally pure.

We believe quality should be verified, not just claimed. That’s why every batch of our honey goes through independent quality testing. We review key parameters that help ensure purity, authenticity, and safety. And when the reports are available, we aim to share that information transparently so customers can see what stands behind the label. Because real trust comes from openness, not just marketing words.

Forest Honey is safe for children above 12 months. The caution for children under 12 months is a global standard precaution for all honey raw or processed and is not specific to our product.

Small particles visible in raw honey are pollen, beeswax micro-fragments, and naturally occurring propolis particles. They are not impurities. They are part of what makes raw honey nutritionally distinct from filtered commercial honey. They are safe to consume.
