Take a rice grain-sized amount, approximately 300–500mg. It is smaller than you expect.
Start there. Drop it into a glass of warm water or warm milk (not boiling, keep it under 60°C). Stir gently. Watch what happens.

The purity test: Pure Shilajit dissolves completely and evenly within 60 seconds. The liquid turns a warm amber-brown. Nothing floats. Nothing leaves undissolved residue. Adulterated Shilajit with fillers, with powders, with impurities does not do this. Every time you use it, the dissolution is your quality check. Best time: Morning, on an empty stomach or with breakfast. Consistent daily use.

Avoid: Boiling liquids. Alcohol. Do not use with cold water, it will not dissolve properly.
